Five stars is just an incentive, I think 4.5 would be an appropriate rating. A big plus is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen in a separate building. In addition, a large gazebo with a grill, perfect for feasting. The second big plus is the terrace with a beautiful view. The facility has three independent bathrooms, five bedrooms plus a studio with a kitchen. Some rooms are interconnecting rooms. Not every room has the same standard. There is no air conditioning in two rooms. Overall, the property is acceptable for this budget, very good for large groups. The owner nice and helpful, although she communicates mainly in Croatian. The disadvantages are quite a steep and narrow street entrance which can be troublesome for novice drivers and walkers in poor condition. A 20-minute walk is waiting for you to the Peharovo beach (the most sensible one in Lovran). Fortunately, there is also free parking so you can drive your car. Some tenants complained about the quality of the Internet in extreme rooms.
