Beachfront Apartment In Villa, 20m From Beach

Wow - one not so great review from a paying guest and within 2 hours over 10 excellent reviews to push the score. Obviously all fake reviews! That is really unprofessional. Also it’s not so great to show strangers the apartment during the stay of guests. That’s really a violation of privacy, especially without agreement. A real customer oriented host would appreciate Feedback to improve the service. Not react unkind and with fake reviews (which other readers will recognise). A little love and attention and a normal price would help. Kind regards and all the best.

Disappointing!House is a beautiful villa but needs renovation urgently. We arrived and thought it is actually empty as is looks like a ruin from the outside. Accommodation is a private apartment, which is outdated and old - has not been renovated or retouched since many years. Kitchen is dark, uncomfortable and smells due to wetness and lack of air. Shower is not fixed, an comfortable shower is notpossible. The shower head falls in your head. No soap provided. No beach towels provided. No cleaning during the stay. One mattress feels like sleeping on a stone. Price value not ok. 120 Euro for this place, far away from any luxury, breakfast not included is absolutely overpriced. Pictures are highly retouched. 70-80 EUR would be an acceptable price range.Wifi didn’t work all, we still had to pay for it. Different pricing at the end as agreed on before and promoted on booking. Extremely loud noises from the street. You share the Garden with the owner, not really private. There are several other inhabitants, which are living here and also use the beach. No coffee machine. To summarise - this accommodation is extremely basic but is sold for the price of a nice, luxurious and comfortable hotel room on the beach with breakfast included. For us this was a huge disappointment. Especially as there was no customer service in regards to all the things missing, lacking and being broken. We would have expected a discount. But we even paid a higher price as the owner charged a higher price than agreed in the beginning. Very unprofessional. We did not feel welcome.My learning - never book an accommodation without any rating!We are still disappointed with the accommodation and lack of hospitality and customer service.
