I find the Slovenian border controls right on the state entry side and consequently entered the European community. On the other hand, I do not understand the outgoing state controls, considering that we are citizens of the community that simply go out most for vacation.

Really bad experience. Stuck in a traffic jam for 90 minutes on the way home from Croatia via Slovenia. Just because border guards have to check all passports with peace of mind. Why?? Croatia and Slovenia are both EU countries.

Very thorough and severe police review. You have a hard time even if you have nothing. Great care.
