It’s a shame that the food took so long as it would have been five stars but when I confronted the waiter about the ONE HOUR wait time she said “sorry, you can see we are busy” and then started to get agitated because I said it would have been nice to be informed. Despite the agitated waitress and long wait time, both my octopus salad and tuna dish were phenomenal... just beware that I did watch some of the customer service and they were not too happy..

Excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. Anything seafood related is top notch, the staff even offered to help clean the fish. Soups and desserts are ok too. They have lower prices than the restaurants in the center, so you can't really beat this.

I am saddened to give only 2 out of 5 stars to this otherwise amazing place, however despite the amazing food they serve (great credit to the chef) and the breathtaking and romantic full-moon-night view my boyfriend and I had on their terrace, the service is somehow close to awful: from the moment we stepped into the place it seemed the waiter who should have shown us to our table was bothered by the presence of ‘more’ customers. The only time when he showed us some kind of niceness was when he brought the food. We waited a considerable amount of time for our order to be taken and also for the empty plates to be taken away from our table after which he disappeared without offering anything else, nor he asked whether we wanted anything else. We asked ourselves for desert half hour later, and he informed us the kitchen just closed and there are no deserts (they were on the menu though).... The restaurant was not even full at that time and the team seemed rather big compared to the size of the place so there was no reason to make customers feel unwelcome.

The best food in Bol. Everything I tried was exceptional. Second consecutive year vacationing in Bol, and this restaurant, on a gorgeous beach, with wonderful ambient of pine trees and very good choice of music is one of the reasons why I will keep returning to Bol.

Food was wonderful. We ordered meat dish and grilled vegetables. Delicious! But customer service was below the average. Waiter was barely paying any attention to what we were asking for, did not remember how we were going to pay for our order and had to ask it twice. When we asked for the olive oil, salt and paper waiter said let me see if it is free. Really? It is on the table already at any other restaurant we've been to and you have to ask if we can have it. Our compliments goes to the chef of this establishment but not to the staff.
