Disaster!!!! Yesterday 07/14/2020 Joker Branch. In the late afternoon, 6 of us gathered in the office while a younger black employee in the back was drinking coffee and smoking probably and when he came because one single employee was working and there were far more workers in the office, he came in and started yelling at us to we all go out. When I entered neither good day, on departure nor goodbye. Extremely rude and unprofessional! I think you just lost me as a client of PBZ, and I am an older lady and I have been with you for many years, but no more. Never!
Service disaster, no one answers calls to the branch.
The branch is NOT OPENING CURRENTLY .. SO YOU COME FROM THE HILL AND READ THE NOTICE ONLY AT THE DOOR. A "REPUTABLE" BANK FULL OF OUR MONEY HAS NOT CHANGED ITS WORKING HOURS ON THE WEBSITE OR HAS MADE EFFORTS TO INFORM US HOW MUCH IT IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING ........
