Fantastic appartment, with excellent hosts nothing was too much to ask. The pool and garden areas are fanstic for famies and inside everything is provided to the highest standard. I will definitely recommend and be back.

They are just lovely, it's their first year hiring the house but they are friendly, they make homemade vodka, the house is just incredible and it's really cheap taking how good is everything.

We stayed at Villa Rozzaria from 08/15 to 08/28/2020 and felt very comfortable. The house is very nice and furnished with a lot of love. The pictures correspond 1-to-1 with the advertisement. Outside there is also a small kitchenette with a fridge and extra crockery, so you don't have to take any outside with you. The pool is big enough to swim your laps in the morning and also to spend the day at the pool. There is sufficient shade from the sun canopy and parasol. Kastela is centrally located, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, larger supermarket about 8 minutes. away. It is about 10 minutes by car. in Trogir and about half an hour in Split. You can also have good and delicious food there. There are beautiful small beaches and bays within a radius of approx. 15 km. The landlords Tanja and her husband Zoran were always available, checked the pool every second day and looked after the garden. We had 2 great weeks in the villa and would love to come back. Many thanks to Tanja and Zoran that we could spend our vacation in your great house.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, definitely for recommendation. The facility is located in a quiet street, ideal for vacation, and the neighbor as if no. The hosts are very cordial and will be happy to advise and help you.
