Small suburb of Split. You can tell everything is more relaxed and comfortable than in Split. A "village" of its own, so to speak. Some small streets and historical flair guaranteed. Lots of great restaurants and bars, you have everything you need and you are right in the "middle" of most of the sights and excursion destinations. The only thing that really bothered me was the badly regulated traffic and parking situation. Personally, I would declare the direct proximity to the water to be car-free or greatly reduce it. We had rented a great apartment for a few days ourselves and a parking space was not always found. An act with one-way streets. Providing parking spaces only for residents would improve the situation.
