We can not say anything about the hotel but the beach bar downstairs and there salads are more then horrible. They taste like nail polish. A Greek salad is tomati letter cucumber and a little cheese. No bread on the side available. And ketchup small package like McDonald for like 1.50 Euro.

Nobody at the reception to greet guests. A beach bar waitress "checked us in" as the owner was busy. Hotel with plenty of available rooms, instead of giving us a nice one (we booked a room with a balcony) gave us a side view overlooking rooftops of unfinished house next door. Tiny bathroom with strangely positioned tap- extremely difficult to use it. We stayed at the beach an hour and realised it's not worth the stress on our first day of vacation. We booked another hotel in the city centre of Split for half the price and everything at your door steps. Position of this hotel is in the rural area, far from Split and just next to the busy road. On our way out, again, no one at the reception to check us out. We left the keys and walked out. Not the way to run the business especially in the pandemic season when a handful of people travel... and every guest matters.

Starting from the beginning.. we stayed for 12 days. We were looking for a place close to tours/ the city/ and beach front. Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk. Even when calling, no one would answer. I was waiting outside for about 20 minutes before anyone came to let me in. (The owner doesn’t speak English, only German.) When I got into my room, it was very tiny. We had to leave our luggage on the balcony because there was no room to keep it in there. There was storage to put clothes away, but there was no where for our bags inside. The air conditioning was awful. It blew out a breeze but the room was extremely uncomfortable, it never got cool. We had to make a trip to go purchase a fan. The bathrooms have no ventilation. If you’re looking to hang up a towel, or bathing suit to dry over night and have it ready the next day, it won’t be. It’ll still be as wet as you left it in there. We had to hang everything up outside. The WiFi was also awful. Don’t expect to stream anything, uploading our vacation videos to social media didn’t work. I had to use a restaurants WiFi to do so. (I’m from the US and my phone doesn’t work internationally, so I was depending on efficient WiFi) The mini fridge in the room didn’t really work either, it felt a little cold but I wouldn’t expect to leave leftovers, or have cold drinks kept in there. One time our room didn’t get cleaned for three days. I would say besides that it was about every other day. (They used the same bedding when they’d make the bed.) We had to go down to the public restrooms to restock our toilet paper twice because they wouldn’t stock it when they “cleaned” Also, there were no elevators. You have to take stairs to any room, so keep that in mind. There was a pool, and a beach bar. They were nice. The staff she had at the time were all there for about two weeks they said, and they made things the most pleasant. The days the owner ran the beach bar she would close very early. The beachfront was really nice, you don’t have to pay for the seating. That was the most enjoyable part, and why I’m giving two stars instead of one.. They had breakfast everyday as well. I think if you were staying for one night, and wanted a good beachfront this place would be best for that. I do not recommend staying for more than one day.
