Small market in the heart of the city. Various fresh fishes in good prices. If you visit the market right before closing, most prices are reduces almost by half.

I loved the Fish market here so so much! Various fresh fish and seafood for good prices. I just regret that our time in split was so short, that I couldn't try all fishes! But these we have tasted, were very delicious!

This fish market has everything fishy could could probably want. The people working the fish market are not aggressive sellers as with everyone in Croatia, you only need to say no thanks once and they leave you with a nice genuine smile. I went for mussels which were so fresh and extremely reasonably priced.. I only wish I’d went much earlier, (went near closing time) to get the full experience. As a chef I would imagine I would’ve been in fish heaven.. must do! If you have an apartment and can cook for yourself on holiday..

You can find on this market fresh fish. Best time to come is on the morning. People speak good in English, they are very helpful and friendly. Just on thing to say is about car parking place. I did not find any free place near the spot.

Great small fish market for fresh fish. We bought some swordfish steaks, squid and prawns, which we cooked that evening - all very fresh!
