It is precisely this quality of fruit of many years of experience and tradition. In order to achieve this, we had to make some changes, because the most important are yeast and zamuz. And the first thing we changed was a yeast that must be natural, and that's why we put it ourselves, which requires more time. The baker must be in constant contact with the story, be careful and gentle with him, give him love. Because bread is like a person: he needs time to grow, mature and grow. Bread should be treated as a vine: tailored to the type of food. With some dishes excellent white bread goes, while the other one subtly follows the baguette, and there are dishes that fill the flavors of our newly designed, yet archaic "Die's Cake", which sings about some ancient times when our old cakes of such tastes broke hands for the marend. Good selection of pastries, but there is no coffee. Coffee is available across the street in the Cafe Bar Fly.
