This rating does not apply to staff and products, but to the Arty Nails website. Considering that it is today 2018 and you are the only distributor of brand reform in Croatia, you could still improve the web shop. The page does not have a responsive design for mobile phones, it's design from the '90s, and if you do not have certain colors of lacquers, remove it from the web shop and not agree on finding a similar color over the cell phone and finally get a completely different shade. 90% of people order via cell phones, not via pc.
