I've purchased 3 doors and 3 windows from this company in the spring. By summer two out of three doors expanded for couple of millimeters because of change in temperature making one door completely stuck in frame, and other barley able to open. I've called Marlex to try to get them to fix the issue, because I've paid over 10 000€, but they said they are willing to come only if I pay them additional fees. Customer service is non existent after the payment is made. I've told them I'll be writing this review but they said we do not care... So dear customers this is my testimony for your information...
