If you just stroll through Nin, you'll be sure to see it. If you've been to Split, you might have noticed it there but this version is rather smalles.
There's a custom to wish for something by holding his toe and you'll see it's toe is golden of all the touching. Worth a nice photo.
Nothing makes me think of Dungeons and dragons back in the 1970s more than this well done statue!
This is the original statue of a Croatian bishop of Nin. He is an important man introducing the national language in Croatian
There is a bigger statue in Split but this one is the main one.
According to the tradition rubbing his toe brings good luck.
Nice surroundings, impressive statue, smaller than the one settled in Split. Making wishes while holding his big toe is obviously a custom here as well, you'll notice it's shiny unlike other toes.
Rate is a bit wild but it is the closest to the bus station
