Submarine Burger

Food is good, but friend got stuck in the ladies toilet and the waiter instead of going there to help just said that it happened all the time and she needed to turn harder. Well proper action in this situation is to go and help immediately, and then fix the damn door. I managed to get her out myself but for future reference when paying for service in a restaurant that includes a helpful waiter and a proper working toilet doors...

Came here and Coca-Cola is supposed to be served ice cold, and in the summer the guy said there is no ice. I had to go get it myself, but the explanation given was that they are not good with their neighbors. What does my dining experience and quality of service have to do with their personal drama? It's easy enough to buy an ice machine when serving soda. Even McDonald's has it. As for burger quality, I would rank it the same as a big mac. McDonald's double cheeseburger is better than all the burgers in Submarine. Best burger in town is still The Burger Bar by Velesajam. Only Gordon uses brioche. Real burgers don't use brioche. 1.5 thumbs down. 2 thumbs down for the service.

Submarine Burgers are some of the best burgers in Zagreb. Definitely worth a try 👍

The food is great as it should be given that it's standardised in all Submarines. But this particular Submarine Burger has a lot of problems with the service (you can easily wait for 15 min untill somebody shows up, and then another 45 mins for the meal itself - thats an hour of waiting in a fast food restaurant). Anyways if in hurry, avoid this one and drive to another - it's faster.
