They have a good selection of sneakers at good prices. Two because it is impossible to find out anything by phone, or no one answers or if you get them, they have no idea what is and what is not. I called once and they said there is, and when I came- no ... !!

I bought a bike through a webshop. First they sent me a mail saying that the bike arrived at the Zagreb branch, but when I came for the bike, everyone was amazed that there was no bike. As I am currently working in Đakovo, I asked them to send my bike there to my address when they were no longer able to deliver the bike to the Zagreb office within the prescribed time frame while I was still there, to which they told me that they could not change it. Later, I managed to somehow arrange with the courier to have my bike delivered to Đakovo. The bike when it finally came, and it was a week late, turned out to be broken. Otherwise, it's a KTM Peak Air bike, a pretty expensive bike. I reported the mistake on the bicycle the next business day and asked them to come by bike and emphasized that they had to come by bike to my address in Đakovo, but they sent a courier to my address in Zagreb. It was another week after the failure was reported before the courier picked up the bike. To make matters worse, they sent the bike to the Zadar branch for repair, instead of sending it to the nearest one. Because of this, I waited an additional 3 weeks for my bike to come back again. When I called to get my bike back and to check what was wrong with the bike, every time I received the same reply that they would let me know the next day, that they had to check with the office, but they never called back. After the bike was finally returned from repair, I noticed that it had been returned with damage to the handlebars of the steering wheel, which had been damaged in transport. They told me they would send the handles to their home address, that was 2 weeks ago, so I'm still waiting for them ... All in all I have been shopping with them now and never again, terrible service, casual communication with the customer and terrible experience, definitely the worst webshop experience ever.
