Shame on the company !!! After a long repair from the first day of the pellet stove, it is now completely dilapidated! She would never buy any of them again if it was the last one in the world. When you call them, they won't answer or they answer, so they are rude and quarrel. And the service technician can't come because "like" has too much to do! In the end, you agree that the warranty, which is valid for 6 months, still does not include heaters (which scream every month, obviously in China it costs $ 1) We have already changed 15 heaters in 1.5 years! Uzas !! Don't buy there if you're smart
