In 2018, Mom and I traveled with them to San Marino. Everything was fine until they put us in the hotel. The first room we were accommodated in was disgustingly dirty - sheets of sheets, hair on the sheets, a shower full of hair of different colors and shapes. I got down to the front desk, their guide was still there, and nice to request a new room. OK, it happened, we'll replace the room. Another room, same thing !!! Already annoyed because it became clear to me that they had brought us to the last hole where the sheets were not changed or cleaned properly, I asked to be taken to another hotel. The guide offered to take her room, which I agreed to after a few minutes, just to see that the room would certainly be in the same condition. She went with us, we immediately checked the bed and it immediately turned out that this room was not clean and the sheets were changed. I think it should not be said that I had already lost my nerve then, especially since the hotel owner, who works at the front desk, was extremely cheeky. Eventually they offered to replace our bedding, but I insisted on changing the hotel. And yes, in that room the bathroom, especially the shower, was dirty and full of hair! And when I say "full hair" I do not mean one, two, five or ten, but whole bushels! The agency did not want to talk to me at all, they just told us through the guide that we could handle it ourselves! It is an ICT travel agency. Neither excuses nor desire to correct the omission, nothing. They dumped it all on a poor guide who didn't even know what to do. We ended up sleeping on our beds, dressed, and we couldn't wait to leave that hideous hotel. ICT Travel Agency has every honor in its relationship with clients.
