A postman who is incapable of even inserting a notice of receipt of a shipment in a mailbox. I received my shipment, traveling from abroad, by chance, because after a long wait I went to the post and asked which K was going on. (I had a tracking number so I knew the shipment had arrived in Croatia a long time ago). If I hadn't done it I'd probably never have seen it. The package was standing there on a random shelf. My cell phone number said nothing on the package. I didn't even get an apology; just a blunt look from a female employee in the style of "you received the shipment now. What would you like?". Horror from the service!
