Namely, when you see that certain funds are reserved (at least to a suspicious source that you DID NOT authorize, especially not 3D authorization, which harasses you for all other purchases (such as a voucher for mobile phones or bus tickets), the GENIAL suggestion of an extremely unkind staff at the call center is no less than blocking the whole card, and when asked if the funds can be stopped or reverted - the ingenious answer of your dear bank where you keep your funds is - No. In translation, ANYONE "off the road" can withdraw your funds, so if It's my gamble - it's free. It's my fault I've tolerated this for the last 14 years, but not anymore ... This is the drop that overflowed the glass!
