The branch is full, 2 of them are doing one walk, after that the other one starts walking and only one is working and it is getting more and more full. How shameful you can be is a shame.

Very low level of knowledge and expertise of people who should advise you according to the job description regarding e.g. credit, investments ... Unfortunately, this is not the case only in this bank. You need to come well prepared for any conversation, but even that is not a guarantee of successful communication. :( New people need to be mentored and taught before they take on responsible tasks..and some are simply not for working with people.

Trying to open a giro account for my trade, a gentleman (who obviously couldn't work) behind the counter instructs me that all this is done online and that she can't help me. The online opening attempt ended so I opened it only after 3 sans with the help of their assistant because some steps I could not ‘satisfy’ and it kept bringing me back to the same ones. Another experience is that the ATM ate my card (which was valid) only because they decided to replace the master with a higher one. Of course, I did not receive any notification (in writing or on net banking) until today (4 weeks after the ATM ate my card) or the card, although I was promised that I would be contacted within two hours from the Spansko branch, which of course they did not, nor can I get them on the phone to get information on whether they have my card at all or not). The only thing worth to them is the net banking application for mobile phones .... So much of me...

The banking staff is very kind and accommodating, just a complaint about the contact phone, or start answering or replacing the new phone number, I think this is the best especially when it comes to the situation about COVID.
