The slowest bank of all the PBZ banks I’ve been to so far. I literally hate coming here! 😤😤

I am overjoyed to have closed my PBZ account forever. Largely because of this branch. Hours and hours and hours of waiting ..... Horror! I was sick every time I knew I had to go to the bank.

I created a google account especially for this occasion to say that your service is a disaster, can someone explain to me what a personal banker does with a client for two and a half hours, what do they open a bank together ???? And they print money ??? and why the branch manager can’t take over which client to clear it up, so he wouldn’t let you lead the drawn sheep across the road. Never again.
