Ad Sacrum

I came to the first treatment in Ad Sacrum with very stiff neck and shoulder muscles, my head mobility was weak, my head movements were painful and due to difficult circulation in my neck I had to work hard at my computer and all other daily activities, including and driving a car. After the first treatment of dryneedling I felt inflammation of the same muscles for 3 days, after which there was such an improvement, that I finally had normal sleep, and getting up in the morning without pain and difficulty moving. Mobility is 80% higher, and of course I'm going to therapy in AdSacrum again, to keep the results. I note that I exercise regularly, but also with physical activity, such problems require the help of a professional. I highly recommend Ad Sacrum if you don’t want to live with pain and limited physical activity.

Since I have sciatica and constant back pain, I have gone through a lot of different methods to reduce the pain. So far, I can say with certainty that what Tony is doing has had the most effect, even after the first therapy. Signs of improvement I felt immediately and specifically on the foot because my foot was stiff from Sciatica. Physiotherapist Toni is extremely approachable, full of knowledge, professional, concrete and, most importantly, he knows his job and does it with success, and he is also casual. I think that each of us finds ourselves in a life situation of increased work pace, office or physically more active type of work, where, even with regular exercises and / or massages, back pain cannot be avoided. In my case, it is specifically the lumbar part of the spine, where the pain has intensified to the point of inability to perform cardinal motor activities. Awareness that I am one of many sufferers in no way diminishes the pain and your only goal is to find a person who will bring you back to the old, more agile fashion of life. In that role was Toni, who already after the 2nd treatment of dry needling, in a short time, managed to reduce the pain, and I became more mobile. In addition, you get a lot of professional information related to your problem and a realistic approach to solving it. Definitely a professional person to trust.

All recommendations! After 2 years of pain, a noticeable change for the better after the first dry needling treatment. Although I was skeptical about chiropractic, especially the cervical spine, with Tony’s expertise and professionalism now it is my favorite part of the treatment! 😂 Pleasant atmosphere, space clean and disinfected, and Toni cute and realistic without unnecessary hassle on countless treatments. Worth every penny!
