We are the oficial page from Eco Hotels Gestio From Barcelona. Be careful if you book with Alga Travel we had a group 4 month ago and still they DIND’T PAY it. We ask many times the payment to Lordan and Tomislav and the answer is always “on Monday I will check it”. The group was in June in Hotel Bon Repòs from Calella. If you are a hotel, avoid this agency or ask for prepayment.

This is already the second negative review I am writing. I was forced to delete the first one under the threat of a lawsuit, because it "damages the reputation of their agency" and because our prom trip has not yet been realized. The first offer of our prom trip was for Greece. After the situation with the crown, the parents of us students asked for a new offer to travel to Croatia. We received an offer for Dubrovnik-Mljet-Cavtat (9 days, 6 nights) for the same price as for Greece (10 days, 8 nights). Due to the withdrawal of several students, the trip was reduced to Dubrovnik-Cavtat (8 days, 5 nights), of course for the same price as Greece. Is it possible that one hour (we were supposed to leave on August 22 at 11:00 pm) counts as one whole day, because the price is the same. Three days before the trip, they asked our parents to fill out a survey to see if they wanted us to travel or to postpone the trip because of the corona. All the parents have stated that they want us to travel. Regardless of the wishes of the parents, the day after the survey, which took place TWO DAYS BEFORE THE TRAVEL, they canceled the trip, on their own initiative, although no ban on going on graduation trips came from the headquarters. They avoided giving specific answers to numerous inquiries about the postponement of the trip and said that we are waiting for further decisions from the headquarters. Throughout this procedure I am very dissatisfied with the agency and the way they work. I hope you won’t threaten me with a lawsuit over this review because everything I’ve written is true.
