Very poor quality of goods. The bracelet paid for 1500kn was broken after the first wearing (the buckle split off). They did not recognize the complaint, and there is no repair in Croatia, only Austria. You just need to connect the buckle, but not even that. For such money you expect some quality of goods, but obviously Swarovski sells garbage. I will never enter your store anymore. In addition, the staff is extremely unkind (I was at City Center West, April 7, 2019 in the morning). At the door, a smile from ear-to-your-eye, and when they saw me coming to the reclamation, the smile disappeared and girls were practically attacked to lie and invent. So much for your brand. Never again, and I will try to get to know each other with your "quality".
