NEVER BUY SOMETHING AGAIN !!! Bought a kitchen in 9 months I'm still waiting for drawers and guides..eatily everything paid !!!. Not to mention that the worktop is too short, wrong measurement !! You can't even get Bjelovar to die, and in Zadar (where it was bought) they just transfer the responsibility to the management ... EVERY HONOR TO THE PEOPLE, THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL !!! SHAME!!!

The worst possible thing that a private entrepreneur could do in Croatia. Staff unkind, incompetent, information service inadequately trained to solve problems. SCARY !!! As a private entrepreneur in Germany engaged in the delivery and installation of furniture and kitchens, if they did so elsewhere, the whole family would starve. The owner of PRIMA COMMERCE should ask himself who and how he works in a company that can very easily get a bad reputation despite so much competition. It is inadmissible to deliver a piece of furniture for which money has been obtained in advance, after a complaint that one has to wait for several weeks and in the end the info and call center say one thing, and employees in salons do another. However, we will not stop here, but we will ask certain services to reconsider the work and finances of the mentioned company, because obviously there is fire where there is smoke. We warmly recommend to all customers and those who want to buy something in PRIMA COMMERCE, RUN AWAY !!! NOTE: as the review requires at least one star, please note that you do not deserve ANY !!!!

A really bad company where no one in our family will ever buy again. So we ordered a bed + flooring + mattress. We paid everything immediately and the delivery date is one month (30.09.). On the mentioned day called Prima Bjelovar, Mr. Vinković Ivana who informs us that do not know what it is and we will be the next day contact with details. The next day he duly calls with information that the mattress is not finished and will be finished in two weeks. Two weeks later, again not over than two days later, call us at 20h (very unprofessional !!) that is almost (FINALLY). They are willing to pay the default interest they are paying, now watch this $ 47 (forty-seven kunas). We left them that money and we hereby warn all of you not to sit like us. So we waited for bed for 6.5 weeks. Shame on being admitted and utterly unprofessional.
