I live in Austria, and I bought 3 garden sets from Viktor and I. One from Jagnjeda and two from Jelovina .. Mr. Viktor personally delivered the sets to Austria, 2 of which literally fell apart after 2 months and broke into pieces. In addition, Mr. Viktor delivered the sets without an invoice, with the promise that we would receive the invoice by mail or email. Unfortunately, I never got the bill. All together it cost around € 2,200 I tried to be kind at the beginning, and solve it in a nice way, but unfortunately it was not possible .. And even when I tried to threaten the gentleman, that I would report him and that I would meet with him in person, to solve what was wrong. Mr. Victor just wasn't interested. He knew that we lived in Austria and he was not at all interested in cheating on us ... So I decided to take this step ... I have evidence for everything.
