Serious problem with business concept which may have worked in Denmark but seems it does not in the Balkans. Staff untrained in communication and certainly comes across as unprofessional. Despite numerous clear indications of the changing room hygiene, nothing's been done to improve. There are so many better gyms in Zagreb for which I am ready to pay (after cancelling my G4U membership) a few kuna more but to have much better and more personal experience. This gym chain is like a Heineken to a good craft beer, or polony (parizer) to home made kulen. I can afford the former but I really like the latter. Hence, no more G4U for me. Do not recommend at all if you like balanced and healthy life. A friendly word of advice to G4U management: Please fix your staff "Croatian ministry/civil service privileged" mentality. They are there because and for the clients and not vice versa. If they are underpaid and overworked, they are doing great job in discouraging clients current and potential. Try to think of the franchise like Virgin Active or World Gym and look into corporate mentality training of all staff and the standards applied regardless of the country where the franchise is based.

Gym is crowded, they should try to make an app or they should put a counting program on their webpage, where you can follow how many people are currently inside the gym, because people wouldn't waste their time coming to the gym and wait for a free spot 20 min or even more, especially during the pandemic...

it is OK place clean open 24 h but you cant do ther serjoz trening it only temperary place also it not very praktical mashin dont have handles for boutles and towels sou you shud keep all in hands or flor also a lot basing machines is mising
