Tanja is a very professional and conscientious trainer. Explain everything to me, how and why some exercises are done and what the goal of the exercise is. She is currently leading me through recovery after lower back surgery and I am very pleased, I think it was she who turned the whole situation in the right direction. I recommend to everyone!
Pilates body technique under Tanja's expert guidance offers a series of creative and targeted exercises with a rich selection of sports equipment. Very interesting and effective. Individualized approach, good working atmosphere, small groups and not too loud music, I warmly recommend👍
A pleasant atmosphere, a variety of body exercise exercises with the use of different equipment, super cool. The emphasis is on proper exercises, which is really important. I warmly recommend everyone :)
