Tickets were bought for the Guns concert in Vienna, but the concert was postponed due to Corona. On several inquiries via e-mail and on the Facebook page, they did not give any answer as to what will happen to the paid money (1400kn per ticket). Very arrogant and unprofessional. I do not recommend to anyone.

Fully satisfied with the agency! Because of my own negligence I did not arrive on the day of the concert, but they came out to meet me and got a ticket for the next day of the concert !! :) The employees are very nice, kind and full of exchanges: Thanks again for this wonderful gift!
