I had a very bad experience with this agency, I bought an apartment through them, we did not sign any contract that as a buyer I have to pay them a commission for the sale of real estate, but after the sale they asked me to pay 2% commission from the price of the apartment, I refused and they said that I would not get a tabular statement until I paid the commission. There was value and expulsion from their premises.
