I've been to the service several times. Whenever I tried to explain to a gentleman what a bicycle malfunction was, he said that he did not understand what it was and asked me to bring the whole bicycle for service so that he could determine the malfunction. The first time I was, I asked how much it would cost to straighten the rear wheel and the gentleman didn't know how to answer me, as if he had never worked in a repair shop. Worst of all, he didn't even bother to find the answer but asked me to bring him a bicycle "so we'll see."
