Totally dissatisfied, neither with this service nor in general with Citroën as a brand, and their policy of work. After the announced arrival where I was ordered in 5 days, by explaining what the malfunction on the van was, I came to the agreed time. An hour later there is a call that they do not have that part, even though they knew what a malfunction was and to come tomorrow, otherwise the service is 50km away from me and they know it. After that I wait 2 hours and 20 minutes to return the vehicle to me as they should all agree. The entire disassembly and the invention of the failure lasted less than an hour. All in all lost 5 hours with arrival and departure from the service on the agreed repair, in order to go again the second day. You will not see me again. THANKS A LOT

The most expensive car wash I've paid for in my life, with never having seen a worse washed car.

All one good is just a slight objection. You should have at least a water machine while people are waiting for such low oil and filter changing services or the like. For such hot days.
