I don't think there is a worse bank than this. True, they had the most favorable housing loan, but the incompetence of the loan officer is incredible. Officer Lidija does not know which papers should be collected, when the papers are collected they are not valid, the clerk is not allowed to answer half of my questions, constantly one paper is missing, in the end she sends me to a notary with poorly filled papers she herself believed that it would not pass, after all she does not tell me that they issued me a loan with the condition of opening an account in their bank. Because of the bill, I decide to leave the frog and take out a cash loan at OTP and problems again. Officers do not fit all the confirmations from the frog to Lidija, allegedly they do not know how to work in the frog. The problem is allegedly that certificates with 0.00kn were issued, because why would certificates be issued for non-existent debt. One certificate shows the debt of the loan installment from Zaba, but the clerk is bothered because it says so, so there is a possibility that I am blocked, even though I have income in OTP and check it myself with one click. If you can, bypass this bank and clerk Lidija Seretinek.

The worst bank where a man can take out a loan. I regretted the day I signed to take out a loan with them. Never again. Incompetence, procrastination and non-compliance with agreed terms and conditions. I can’t even get a credit card as their client even though I have a regular income. Mostly completely dissatisfied with this bank.
