Out of 8 shipped parcels (medium sized boxes up to 30 kg), 4 were delivered. HALF of my stuff are missing and their customer support response was "we see it as delivered". Good stuff GLS
Perfect, fast delivery and Ivan was great, he was very nice and professional.
In comparison with another delivery company, which shall remain nameless, but I can tell you its initials are "O.E.", GLS exceeds in every aspect. They send you SMS updates on status of your parcel. Instead of calling you to tell you they won't deliver the parcel to your address for some made up reason, they call you to check if someone's at home and that they'll arrive at your address in a few minutes. GLS is THE delivery company to use in Croatia, no questions asked.
