Horrible! They knew about the defective product, they sold it to me, and when I came to advertise I was told that it is ONLY done by the manager, who works until half past 2 p.m. So, they send the product for REPAIR, it takes 5 working days and then I can take something else !!! THEY DO NOT RETURN THE MONEY, NEVER! My mom, who bought a washing machine, breaks down after a year, and the warranty is 5 years. I wonder, are they buying defective products at a small price to sell them as correct. Or?

Customer support did not respond to three different messages with the same query for more than 2 months.
