When someone kindly answers the phone and says that the fish is ready in 1 hour, just make an appointment, it doesn't matter when, somehow you have the will to go to him for lunch (OPG). Unlike the neighbor who says: - Come by 2pm otherwise I do not guarantee. So a woman and I came to Rengel, neatly greeted by the smiling and simple local staff. They came for fish, maybe fried Drava fish and zlevanka, but the last two only after the fish (let's see because we're still hungry). No problem. Out of curiosity, they ordered only one portion of different fried fish. With a side dish of potatoes with sour cream and millet porridge with vegetables, the fish was excellent! Pohin made only from corn and white flour and salt gave the fish only a crunchy but not too heavy taste. Perch, catfish, carp. Catfish and carp from Drava, and if they are not, then the smell of sludge is perfectly removed. This curious mix portion of 60kn is more than correct. The ending was with a homemade zlevanka cake, a real calorie bomb. The landlady honored us with this. So, we did not go 56 km from Koprivnica to Križnica in vain. With the adventure of crossing the ferry to Križnica, a little sightseeing of the swampy landscape, this seems to me a well-spent excursion day. We definitely come to Ribička klet again for (Drava) fish. We immediately throw ourselves into the served dish, and we remember to take pictures only on the float of the dish, when it is almost late :)
