The money paid for the two-day trip a year ago, of course there is no refund because that would disrupt the stability of their business. Got a voucher we didn’t want or need. I have 3 children who will certainly no longer go on trips or excursions where the Astralis agency will be.

The money paid was never returned, nor will it be. I paid 1200 kn a year ago for nothing. Due to extraordinary circumstances, they were able to return at least part of the money.

They took money from the graduates for a trip that will not be realized, and they do not give a refund.

They don't want to return the money that was paid for the excursion!
