Elementary school "Đuro Pilar" (formerly "Branko Radičević") is celebrating its 110th anniversary. The old original building in Brodski Vinogorje was demolished and a sports hall was built in its place. The school thus got better working conditions. The educational work of this school also takes place at the location of the MoD Colony. Classes used to be from 1st to 4th grade in the building of the current social home. The regional school in Kolonoja has more students in all eight grades than the home school, and its independence is expected. School "Đ. P." in its long history it has achieved successful work in the education of many generations and it is up to the younger professors to continue this tradition. 🙂👍
