She tried to rip us off with the account

Lady shop assistant was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I asked her politely if she spoke in English just because I thought was polite to do so and she answer angrily 'do you speak English???' whit a ugly dog face.. Then i asked for telephone card and she answered 'dont you see i am puting beers??' so she was extremely rude and beers for her are more important than customers. Finally she attendwed me and... Anyway. Worst ever seen
