Really bad experience with them including the owner. Last week we spoke and arranged to buy a vehicle over a Leasing. However, they called me after the weekend and told that car is already sold to another person. They were unkind and not professional including Dani who works there and owner who rejected to handle our complains professionally

The worst Mercedes service I have ever been to. I had problem with seeping left brake hose. They did not replace that but „fix” temporary. It took them 5h and cost 220€. Most of this time the car stays alone without any mechanic because they where smoking cigarettes and taking rest. Unfortunately, the worst thing is that the car is not braking properly. I think that they didn’t bleed the brakes after repair. Before repair braking where much better then after. Thanks good that noting happened on 2200km way back home because braking was very bad. Finally, I feel cheated because I waste a lot of money and they didn’t repair it permanently I need to spend the same money to repair the same thing, and I lose 1 day of my holyday time.
