COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL 'work', on the very edge of LEGAL conduct, call 'notary public' Mladen Čop (the only one in Daruvar :-(?! Sic) who performs his notarial role and social function via PRIVATE CHANNELS and WITHOUT PRESCRIBED OFFICIALS parties to the proceedings - IMPOSING on the parties UNJUSTIFIED COSTS, the so-called 'proceedings' and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE (even illegal) 'solutions' for their 'work' in the probate proceedings !!!!
