Unfortunately, I stopped here in June 2019 with a family of five, I had a long trip from New Zealand and my son had stomach issues from a long trip. I asked for a favor to let my son go to the toilet while we pumped the petroleum into the car. Unfortunately, we were not welcome, but we were rejected and cynically laughing at the expense and needs, when I offered them 5 euros, they looked and laughed. We felt so uncomfortable that we left and bearing in mind that not everyone in Croatia is hospitable, you will always come across someone who will make you a terrible day!
