Amazing staff... One of the employees exchanged the bed I bought for my dog... Without any problems. My dog hated the one I bought for her... Kept it a few weeks, thinking she would start to like it... Unfortunately, she still disliked the bed. I came into the store and asked if it was possible to exchange it, for a different one... And they did, without hesitation. My dog loves her new second bed.. Thank you so much, to the gentleman employee, for his kindness and understanding... 5 stars for you!
