Extremely awkward and neurotic staff are rude to customers. I had a very unpleasant experience when I was buying a hamster with a child. The manager attacked me because I told her I wanted to keep talking to the employee who was in the warehouse at the time and treated me like I was retarded and didn’t realize where I was. Very rude and inhumane and they work with animals. Like I came to steal something. The same aggressive and rude approach was taken by a colleague who was nearby and heard the loud shout of his boss. All this because I asked to talk to a colleague. In fact, the lady who served me from the beginning was polite, polite and considerate, trying to help me.

Terrible atmosphere in the workspace! The employees are very rude and aggressive. The other day I bought two fish in this store and they died the same night, which leads me to the conclusion that the saleswomen sold me sick fish. I do not recommend!
