Just realised I hadn't left a review. I had one of the best meals of my life here. Highly recommended it; traditional Croatian food, great wine (fell in love with Rukatac wine here), amazing prices, lovely hosts, fantastic views. Can't say enough good things about this place. SMRC is the real Korcula experience!!

This is the definition of an hidden gem on Korčula. Definitively worth a visit even though it is a bit off the road! The food, the view and the owner made this short break a memorable experience. We stopped by for a cup of coffee after the beach, and besides freshly brewed turkish coffee, we got a bowl of homemade fritule (similar to mini donuts) filled with raisins. We arrived kinda late for the lunch, but they still served homemade food - we got a plate of prosciutto with cheese, olives and cherry tomatoes and a plate of fish delicacies - octopus salad, fish pate, marinated anchovies and some salad, and finally a basket of homemade bread and pastries. The prices are very very reasonable making this probably the best value for money on the island.
