Next time cycling! Qualcosa di diverso dal solito. Quando la vivrete non sentirete l'esigenza di andare altrove per essere appagati. La casa è accogliente, calda, circondata da un'atmosfera magica, di calma e protezione.. una senzazine cha va oltre l'architettura, la piscina di venticinque metri, la suana la minipiscina, il piccolo cinema e le comodità, una senzazione dovuta alla posizione. il sole ne accompagna la lunghezza da est a ovest e la magica energia isriana ne attraversa la terra e le fondamenta. Vi troverete in un bosco, ci sarà un gatto ed alcune volte verrà a trovarvi una volpe. Protetti da un bosco ma a dieci minuti dalla magica, medioevale Groznjian. le fattorie dei vicini di casa avranno da offrirvi le specialità locali come prosciutto, vino, olio extravergine d'oliva e ristorazione. Stupefacenti Kalcina e Deskovici.. che ringrazio per l'accoglienza e per le squisitezze. Se farete una passeggiata a Groznjan potretebere un buon caffè al "Bar Vero" con la vista mozzafiato o al caffè di Design alla piazza comunale.. ed anche a Grožnjan I ristoranti non mancano tantomeno tante piccole botteghe degli artisti locali. Un sogno. Dimenticavo che se vi piace fare passeggiate nella natura tutta la zona e bellissima, da Torrecorta si arriva alla Parenzana! bellissima passeggiata sulla cresta delle colline che ripercorre il vecchio percorso della ferrovia Parenzo-Trieste.. se andrete a sinistra andrete a Groznjiana. Prossima volta in bicicletta!

What a wonderful piece of earth - what loving hosts! If you turn onto the gravel road in Groznjan, you will reach this dream villa in an absolutely secluded location after a 15-minute drive. Yes, you arrive - even if the first journey may seem adventurous at times. In the large area, the imposing tower immediately catches the eye, then the stone house and then the pool, which truly deserves the name 'swimming pool'. All around the well-tended garden, the many flowers and, last but not least, the "house manager" the cat Mao, whom we all immediately fell in love with. The distances are short: you can reach the outdoor area with pizza oven and barbecue area directly from the indoor kitchen, and a few steps further you are at the pool. Without a lot of stairs! All photos that are online on the website correspond to reality! No, in real life it is even more beautiful! Therefore, we don't write much about the equipment, because you can see that in the pictures. You slow down at the absolute highest level! Everything has been thought of in and around the house: there is an initial supply of food that is sufficient for several days, as well as enough towels, and comfortable beds. The care package of tea towels, other kitchen utensils and things that you so often pack for a holiday home holiday can confidently stay at home. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the dear “gardener” Toni, who looks after the pool almost every morning and makes sure that everything is in order, is happy to bring fresh bread and groceries with him. You don't want to and don't have to leave this place, even though it is so remote. The surrounding area can also score: we enjoyed a great menu with friends of our hosts, drank enough wine from the immediate area and tasted the truffles and excellent Fiorentina steaks from the region. The small, surrounding towns are beautiful and the sea (we liked the beach in Moscenicka Draga the most) is not far. Back to the villa: You enter this magical area and feel at home from the first minute. The hosts also contribute to this. It is a natural cordiality, not artificial. You can tell that the philosophy fits here. Max and Marin, the cosmopolitan owners, created this refuge with style and sophistication. Not to forget the dear Mama Rajna and Boris! Ingrid, who is there for the guests and manages the property, holds all the strings together in the background. It is perfect because it is owner-managed and therefore transparent. Admittedly, this luxury has its price. However, considering what you can expect and find here, this is absolutely justified! We ourselves host a very high-quality holiday home in northern Bavaria and try to pamper our guests at a 5 * level. For a long time we have been looking for a place of retreat where we can relax and enjoy this once in a while. Now we have found exactly this place and made dear friends.
