The product looks and tasted great. But before today, I had NEVER seen a market vendor marking prices UP in front of customers. I was deciding what to buy, the seller told me my product of choice would cost 300 CZK. While I was deciding how to combine it with other products to fit under my budget, she put it back into the fridge. Her colleague (the owner of the brand, Mr. Drazic) meanwhile kept talking to the vendor while rewriting prices on jars, I presumed he was marking them DOWN with the day ending soon. He was not - a minute later, the girl handed me back the SAME pack of fish priced 400 CZK, 33 % up over the price advertised a minute ago. In the end, I bought a larger jar, also marked UP by 100 CZK, so only 17,5 % from original price 700 CZK. So the business model worked in the short term and the fish appears really good, but in the long term, I hope customers are warned and Mr. Drazic reconsiders his business methods. For the record, this happened today 18. 5. 2019 in Prague at a Croatian market - all the other vendors were extremely helpful, nice and welcoming.
