Very unsatisfactory experience dealing with your office, in particular dealing with a heavy set, middle aged, balding/long haired man. I’d use his name, but he refused to provide it. Upon inquiring how to register as a visitor, he proceeded to lecture me on where to read about Croatian law, citing some websites. The exchange was unpleasant and tense. I tried to talk with his colleague Lara, who was pleasant and helpful, but he kept on budding in and interrupting. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his unprofessional behaviour at which point he turned it up a few notches. Someone like him: rude, unprofessional, with a ‘I know it all’ attitude, should never be allowed to work with public!
