Waiting already an hour and a half.

Twenty employees walk around the bank while people have to stand in line outside.

Unfortunately, completely incapable and condescending. Just stay away from this horrible bench. Constant errors in online banking and then no help. Really one of my worst decisions. Change is announced!

Start working on Saturdays again. Covid-19 is not the end of the world

Very bad experience. I took a piece of paper with a number. Three servants worked. One had two people and two had no customers. Neither of them pressed the call button for the next party. I waited 15 minutes and eventually left without a job.
