No interest in assisting clients. Seems they work hard to appear like a real bank or a traditional U.S. bank, but epic fail. people so untrained an not prepared to do business. Moved to a serious company who understands banking and customer service. There are other banks capable of managing US currency accounts with much better trained staff and much better service.

For the currency exchange, wait one hour in line. Not acceptable at all.

A lot of people are waiting and only one counter opened. They seemed to have no interest to open another one. Poor service for customers.

It looks modern and nice, but 6 ATMs and a "bar" that serves no purpose lead to the fact that the efficiency is 0, a crowd to go crazy because they work 1.5 counter

So big a bank and always just one counter works!
